In 1950, Westchester Electric Railroad Company, a subsidary of the Third Avenue Transit Corp, operated in the Westchester County, acquired a batch of twenty Twin Coach 45-S buses, numbered 200-219. They were a revised version of the 44-S model, introduced late in 1950 with modified windows layout. They wear a regular Surface Transportation System colors and lettering.
