In 1957-58 Sao Paulo's Companhia Municipal de Transportes Coletivos (CMTC) acquired 75 trolley coaches from Denver, Co. for use on its new trolleybus routes. The ex-Denver coaches were both old TC-44 type with small windshield and latest version with large windshield; they were numbered 3080-3154 and were repainted in the CMTC red and cream colors.
