In December 1945 ACF-Brill built twenty trolley coaches of 300-319 series for Oklahoma Railway Co. These were intended to convert two diesel bus routes in Oklahoma City to electric buses, but a change of management in Oklahoma Railways resulted in cancellation of the order, so they were sold to Memphis Street Railways in 1946. In Memphis they were numbered into 1000-1019 series and served the city until the end of the trolley coach operation in April 1960. Memphis Street Railway went to ACF-Brill again in 1949 when order was placed for twenty-five T-48 trolley coaches (1250-1274 series).
