Starting from early 60s, A-4/A-5 classes saw additional modernization. Orange stripes with black outlining were omitted in favor of simplified black stripes and sealed-beam headlights were installed. Most of them were sold to Alexandria, Egypt; the remaining were withdrawn from service in 1969.
