Three Baltimore's streetcar lines were abandoned in Summer 1948 and at end of the year and sixty-three ACF-Brill TC-44 trolley coaches were delivered between February and April 1948 as streetcars' replacements. They were numbered 2128-2190, being GE equipped. They were delivered in BTCo yellow/green paint scheme with white roof, but it was repainted gray soon after delivery. In early 50s the simplified paint scheme of yellow/gray was adopted. The trolley coach network in Baltimore was progressively reduced in 50s and the whole system was closed in June 1959. Twenty ACF-Brill TC-44s were sold to Calgary, Canada and ten to Bogota, Columbia. 'As delivered' version with white roof available on order.
