Late in 1938 Cincinnati Street Railway ordered three types of the modern streamline cars and Brilliner (numbered 1200) arrived first on May 31st, 1939 in attractive two-tone green & gold colors. In later years, it was repainted in the PCC yellow/grey/green livery and renumbered 1128. CSR retrofitted the car with Clark B-2 trucks because of the gearbox problems. Cincinnati's Brilliner remained in service until the end of the trolley operation in city in 1951.
